Fantastic experience!

warm welcome fresh fruit nice gesture pleasurable stay

I received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The staff gave a tour of my room. I found fresh fruit and water in my room. I thought it was a NICE gesture. The staff were super accommodating.

The minibar in the room was not refilled .

cheap transport fresh breakfast large room

The hotel is close to the T1 tram line and the metro. It saved me time and money getting from the airport using public transport. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The room was large and super clean.

The spa staff had very limited English communication skills.

Acceptable, but some issues

The location was good because it was near many suburbs. The beds were comfy.

The staff seemed unbothered. It took a while to get anything when dining at the hotel. I certainly did NOT feel welcome but rather like a nuisance. The Mado staff are very awkward and don't necessarily respond well to busy periods.
